In our family, we’re absolute gluttons for Shark Tank. But to be honest I always find it amusing when one minute the sharks suggest one thing then with the next guest suggests the reverse when their businesses are similar.
You see this when the subject of franchising models comes up. It was something that our family was seriously considering as a way out of the current economic plight and a chance to gain more control of our lives and be less influenced by the whims of economics, things we have no control over.
We knew the basics of franchising. So you’re operating under an established name that has a proven business model. For a fee, well ongoing fees, you use their name and systems to basically repeat what they do but on your own.
Well, I say on your own, but a good franchisor like Jantize America should be training and providing ongoing support, not just watching the royalties flow in without giving the franchisee value for their money. They should also focus on improving the chances that the franchises!
Standards and development are mutual concerns, a two-way street as it were.
Armed with the basics of the franchise model we still needed more advice; this was when we met Dan Lorenz after a visit the Guerrilla Franchising site. Things really took off for our franchising dreams.
Dan is an amazing guy and a special forces veteran. He has worldwide experience of meeting all sorts of people in all sorts of countries and this – along with a college education after his first European tours – has given him the perspective to understand people and understand their aspirations.
Watch his ten-minute YouTube video to find out more.
With a neat catchphrase of ”Explore the Guerrilla Founder Within” Dan helps with franchises throughout America for people keen to ditch corporate USA and gain independence with resources under 200K to under a million bucks.
Consulting in areas such as food, salon suites, fitness and much more why not consult Dan and unleash that Guerrilla Within today. We are glad that we did because our food business – a franchise of course – is giving us independence and a steady reliable income.
Isn’t that what we all want?
