Recipe: Hemp seed banana bread

– 4 ripe bananas
– 1 cup brown raw cane sugar
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1 egg

– ½ teaspoon vanilla flavouring

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Place the bananas in a large kitchen bowl and crush them thoroughly with a fork.
Add all other ingredients and mix well. Then, drop the baking mix in a greased cake tin and bake for about an hour until the top is golden brown and a knitting needle inserted into the middle of the cake can be pulled out cleanly.
