Why you should prefer cooking in pressure cooker

  2. Pressure cookers use much less liquid than traditional cooking methods, so they cook faster.

Compared to other cooking methods such as baking, boiling or steaming, pressure cooking can reduce cooking time and energy consumption by up to 70%.

Keep track of vitamins and nutrients

Cooking (as well as regular steaming) can remove water-soluble vitamins from foods and reduce their nutritional value. Pressure cookers cook food quickly, deeply and evenly and can contain up to 90% of these water-soluble vitamins.

Preserves the appearance and taste of food

However, this is not possible with pressure cookers because they are completely closed. Therefore, pressure cookers can also protect you from all kinds of unpleasant surprises that may arise during cooking.

Good pressure cookers are durable

Buying a good pressure cooker will allow you to use it for a while. For example, I have a best pressure cooker that I have been using for several years without a problem. However, I have also heard of problems from people with inexpensive pressure cookers.

Therefore, in my opinion, you should invest a little more money in a good model so that you can use it for many years or even a lifetime without having any problems with it.
