As seniors become weak when the time flies off, hence for them the best and most simple to-go poses are designed. One is the mountain pose will help them with balance and grounding through the feet. All they need to stand tall with big toes and heels together. Now make your abdominals in and up to relax your shoulders down and back. Go with 5-7 breaths and relax. This is called the best pose for seniors as their postures start to slouch, and make them healthy.

This is also called Baddha Konasana, which helps in enhancing one’s life by eliminating depression and disappointments as well as relieving fatigue and anxiety. This is a sitting yoga pose where you need to start the pose by sitting on the floor. Keep your back straight, and hands on the ground. With an exhalation, bend the knees and make your heels close to the pelvic region. Hold your ankles, shins, or toes and be in the same position for around 3-5 minutes.
