Make sure your review is genuine
Don’t try to trick people into thinking that this is an authentic customer review from someone who works at your company — it won’t work! The best way to make sure that your review looks genuine is by using the actual names of real customers and giving them credit for their feedback (you can also mention where they work).
That way, when people read your review, they’ll know that it comes from someone who actually works at your company and knows what they’re talking about.
Have a plan
