4 Tips for Getting Real Client Reviews for Your SEO Company

When you’re working with an SEO company, you want to know that the company is doing its job right. The last thing you want is to have your site rank high on Google and have the traffic come to a screeching halt.

To ensure that doesn’t happen, it’s important that you have real client reviews of the company.

If they don’t have any, then they probably aren’t getting any new clients or referrals because they don’t seem trustworthy or legitimate. Having a few reviews on your website will also help people feel more comfortable about using them and trusting them with their business. Here are three tips for getting real client reviews for your SEO company:

    • Set the stage
    • Ask questions

Make sure your review is genuine

Don’t try to trick people into thinking that this is an authentic customer review from someone who works at your company — it won’t work! The best way to make sure that your review looks genuine is by using the actual names of real customers and giving them credit for their feedback (you can also mention where they work).

That way, when people read your review, they’ll know that it comes from someone who actually works at your company and knows what they’re talking about.

  • Have a plan

It’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of new clients and new leads, but it’s important to remember that you can’t just do whatever you want with them. You need to be strategic about how you approach them and what kind of results you’re looking for from them. Ask them to leave a review on Google Business, Yelp or Places (if they have one). You can also ask them to check reviews from our happy customers. Or ask if they would be willing to post a review on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter by using Formats tool.

Get multiple reviews from different people so that they are not all from the same person or company (which can be seen as tampering). It’s also good practice to get at least one negative review out of every five positive ones so that you know where things need improvement without having to find out through research later on down the road when things have already been done correctly

  • Set the stage

Like any sales process, your first step is setting up a meeting. When it comes to SEO, it’s easy to get excited about potential clients and forget that they will want some information before they invest in working with you or your company. That’s why it’s important that when you start talking with prospective clients, you should make sure they know exactly what kind of work you do and what type of results they can expect from it. Show gratitude for their business by giving them a free consultation or review of your services.

  • Ask questions

If there are any questions about your services or pricing that haven’t been addressed during your initial meeting, don’t hesitate to ask them! You’ll find that many times potential customers will have questions or concerns about what they’re getting themselves into before they sign on the dotted line (or click “Agree” on their website). Have a thank-you email ready for every one of your clients, so that when they leave positive feedback, you already have a response prepared!

Give them a way to leave feedback. This can be as simple as writing “I would recommend.” or “I was very pleased with this service.” “This was a great value.” or “You did such a good job!” on your website or in your email signature.
