Or, when you go to the official website of the Federal Bank, you will see a pop-up featuring a boy saying, ‘Hi, I am Feddy, your personal assistance”. When you tap on it, it will take you to a chat feature where you can type your queries or anything you want to know.

How to register a mobile number for AI assistance banking service?

You can register your mobile number in just a few simple steps. You can do it offline by visiting the bank or online by visiting the official website of the bank.

To register offline, visit the nearest federal bank branch during working hours. Ask the bank staff for a mobile number registration form. Fill it out with all the necessary personal and bank details such as your name, address, account number, branch name, and mobile number which you want to register. Then, put your signature on the form. You should use exactly the signature that is registered with the bank. Be mindful not to make any mistakes while filling out the form. This will lead to rejection or cancellation of the application. 

 To register online, visit the official website of the federal bank and log in to your account using your credentials. If you are not registered for internet banking, you need to register first.
