Incredible accommodation
Your villa was simply staggering, with its incredible views, and amenities. It would have been quite easy to spend your stay in your private area without venturing elsewhere. You were already in a good mood after the short seaplane journey from Velana International Airport, but the villa just added to it.
Walking into a Thakuru butler service made you feel extra special, which was enhanced when you saw your beautiful area with a secluded deck to enjoy the amazing climate, and a king-sized comfortable bed inside, which made the stay more like a second honeymoon. Especially after taking advantage of the gourmet treats from the refrigerator, while watching a romantic international movie on the LED TV which came with full Bose surround and free Wi-Fi.
The daily breakfast was top class, as were the personalized bicycles which had you adventuring like a couple of lovestruck teenagers once again. It burned off more energy than you imagined, but fortunately, your energy levels were restored for those special moments at bedtime when the sound of the sea was a backdrop, thanks to the use of the popcorn machine in your room. Amazing adventure
The resort brought out the best in you in such incredible relaxing surroundings, so much so that you went on a boat dolphin watching, and then decided to go night snorkelling, opening your minds and hearts. The games room added fun and more than a little bit of competition for bragging rights.
Delicious Dining
How could you possibly go wrong with 10 different dining locations to choose from, with the menus catering for every taste? The amazing chefs guaranteed that every meal was something to savour. Sitting in a glass-walled restaurant below the ocean with nature inches away was an unforgettable experience. It allowed for encounters with the ancient sea turtles of the Maldives.
Enjoying cocktails on the rooftop bar looking out to the ocean listening to live music had you both dancing and having the time of your lives, while the dip in the Jacuzzi at the pool bar while enjoying snacks was also something you desperately want to do again.
