One Punch Man Workout: The Science of Saitama Workout

If you watched cartoons when you were younger or still do, then you must have watched the One Punch Man. One-Punch Man was a fighter named Saitama with a superpower to knock out anyone in just one punch. In the cartoon, it can be seen that due to some extreme workouts and exercises, Saitama has achieved such unrealistic powers. However, the good news is all of this is not entirely unrealistic. There are indeed some exercises and workout routines that can increase your strength and make you powerful. People worldwide are taking the One Punch Man workout challenge and trying to do exercises precisely the way this fictional character did in the cartoon. The reason is that he is freaking tough. He trained three years non-stop with push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and 100 miles of running each day to achieve godlike power. This workout is not the same type of workout as others, and because of this training, Saitama became the world’s toughest man. He only needs one punch to knockout anyone. Now the question arises, is this actually doable? or is it really effective? Why not try it yourself?  

Is This Workout Operative?

The workout is quite popular. However, the question is, how effective is this routine in real life. Every exercise in this physical activity routine is a compound bodyweight exercise, which means that they are effective because they train a lot of different muscles simultaneously.

Benefits 

The most significant part of the One Punch Man Workout routine is that it targets the whole body. It contains push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. The running part strengthens cardiovascular components. bodyweight workouts are widely held because of their multiple advantages and the freedom of performing them at almost any place.

Disadvantages

Weighted exercise targets the same muscle and may affect muscle straining. These workouts are not usual and may not be helpful for everybody. The training is multiple and done in everyday activity. Putting extra pressure results in weakness, tenderness, or injury.

Training

  • 10 km running

Squats mainly work the lower body muscles like the glutes and the quads. And running is also a lower-body dominant exercise. It is an entire body workout. Diet

While doing any workout, you must be very careful about your diet. be cautious of what you are taking. Make sure it is healthy and good for your immunity. You have to focus on the time when you have your meals. In this workout, do not skip your breakfast. Breakfast is an essential meal, and results depend on your diet.
