A study by the New England Journal of Medicine took a group of people who were tyring to quit smoking cigarettes.

The study had them try to quit using alternatives like gum and patches or vaping devices.

This determined that vaping devices make it easier to give up cigarettes.

18% of the people who quit by switching to vaping were still staying away from cigarettes a year later.

Only 9.9% of the people who used alternatives to quit had stayed away from smoking cigarettes.

Vaping is a slightly different experience from smoking cigarettes, so you will want to start with a simple device and e-juice combination.

Find a disposable or rechargeable device with a sensored draw function or one simple button which you will press and hold while you draw.

Smoking cigarettes puts toxins in your body and the surrounding air, causing numerous health issues.

Nicotine on its own causes very little harm, except for its addictive qualities — which are mostly non-destructive.
