Rajinikanth’s Jailer opened to an incredible response at the box office on August 10, garnering positive reviews worldwide and making an initial gross collection of Rs 60 crore on its opening day – with more expected to come over time.
Shah Rukh Khan was delighted with the film, calling it one of the best films he had seen recently and noting its success at the box office. Additionally, he highlighted its important message for society.
He is widely recognized for his charitable works and has supported projects like PM CARES, Working People’s Charter, and Ek Saath: The Earth Foundation in the past. Additionally, through his foundation, he provided personal protective equipment to healthcare workers as well as supporting campaigns promoting clean drinking water to families living in poverty.

Mohanlal makes his comeback to cinema after two years with this film that stars Ravi Kulkarni and Yogi Babu as lead characters. Already, it has received great critical acclaim and became the second-highest opening film this year in India. Additionally, its teaser was recently released online to generate excitement among its target audience.

Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar – best known for Kolamaavu Kokila and Vijay’s Beast among many others – Jailer features an ensemble cast including Rajinikanth, Nayanthara, Suniel Shetty, Ramya Krishnan, and Mirna Menon as its principal players.
Kaavalaa and Hujumum from the film have already received great acclaim from audiences. The soundtrack features lively dance numbers as well as an emotional ballad.
